The Sacred Grove is a space for slowing down.
A space to step out of the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself, your body, your experience, and the stories you carry.
Through writing, reflection and gentle, embodied practices, these sessions offer a way to pause, listen and explore what is present. There is no pressure to perform or produce only space to notice, to feel, and to express in your own way.
Rooted in story, nature and lived experience, this work is grounded and accessible, while allowing room for depth and meaning to emerge.
Workshops, circles and seasonal gatherings are designed to support calm, connection and a deeper relationship with yourself.
I hold spaces rooted in person-centred values of presence, attunement, and trust in the innate movement toward wholeness. My work is expressed through women’s circles, yoga nidra, devotional practice, myth and folklore, creating calm, relational containers where change can arise naturally. I don’t direct or fix; I tend the conditions that allow remembering, rest, and gentle transformation to unfold in their own time.
This is a return to stillness and the sacred.
A soft landing back into your body, your truth, and your heart.
You’ve arrived.
Welcome home to The Sacred Grove.

More than anything I am about creating spaces of quietude and calm. My work is rooted in presence, attunement, and devotion to the wisdom that unfolds when we feel safe enough to listen. Drawing on person-centred values, yoga nidra, myth, and feminine spiritual traditions, I hold quiet, grounded spaces where you can rest, remember, and reconnect with what is already alive within you.
My background brings together a mix of therapeutic training, creative expression, and spiritual practice, allowing me to offer a truly holistic approach. I hold a Therapeutic Diploma in Counselling (Person-Centred Approach), a BA in History, and an MA in Creative Writing. I’m a qualified Yoga Nidra teacher and am currently studying to become a Magdalene Priestess, a journey that deepens my connection to the Divine Feminine and the sacred wisdom within. Alongside this, I’ve trained in various healing modalities, including aromatherapy, massage and Reiki, which help me bring a nurturing, restorative energy to my work. My intention is to support women in finding clarity, balance, and a renewed sense of self, while embracing the beauty and magic woven into everyday life.

Women have gathered in circles for centuries, coming together in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space to share experiences, wisdom and sisterhood. Circles emphasise connection, healing and empowerment, allowing women to reflect on their personal journeys, explore feminine energies and build a sense of community. Rooted in ancient traditions, women's circles can include rituals, journaling, storytelling, meditation, or simply conversations. They provide a nurturing environment for personal growth, deepening self-awareness and fostering a sense of sisterhood amongst participants.
I hold women’s circles as spaces of deep presence and attunement. Informed by person-centred therapy and nervous system awareness, these circles offer calm, safety, and relational depth rather than direction or fixing. The work is subtle and often quiet, a remembering rather than a becoming, shaped by season, land, myth, and the wisdom of the group itself. My circles are not workshops or teaching spaces. They are attuned, person-centred containers where women gather to rest, listen, and be with what is present. Through stillness, shared ritual, meditation, story, and silence, the circle becomes a vessel for natural, unforced change.
